PRE-ORDER products are items that are not in stock at the time you place your order, but are made to order for each customer.
We have a PRE-ORDER option for those items that either due to high demand or because they have not yet been made are still in process because they are not in stock immediately.
To make it easier for you not to run out of your favourite item, we offer the PRE-ORDER option to guarantee the availability of the item and to be able to reserve it.
The articles that have this PRE-ORDER option will be indicated on their product page.
Orders containing pre-order items cannot be shipped until their distribution date. This means that if you include these items in an order with regular products, they will not be confirmed and shipped until the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive the common products before your pre-order items, be sure to place separate orders.
All PRE-ORDER orders will not be accepted for return unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In this case, you will have 24 hours after receipt of the order to notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
