Machine wash at a normal cycle at 40°C. Can be ironed at a medium temperature. Do not bleach. Dry clean only. Tumble dry at a low heat.
In case of stain, wipe with a damp cloth. Take care with highly-pigmented food. Do not allow the colour to penetrate the fabric and clean immediately, washing first by hand before machine washing for best results.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your purchase. When the order is sent, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, so from the day you receive this e-mail you can count the estimated delivery times.

The cost of each delivery will be calculated automatically and will be indicated when the purchase is confirmed so that it can be approved by the customer before payment is made.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAX
International deliveries may be subject to import duty and tax once the order arrives in the country of destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance, tax and duty must be paid by the customer. If the delivery is returned to ACTOS due to failure to pay duty/tax, etc., the customer must pay any outstanding balance and/or return fees/surcharges/duty, etc. charged by customs, handling agents, couriers, etc. to ACTOS.
Customs only withholds packages for 3 to 5 days for the payment of fees/duty. Please check your inbox, including the spam folder, for e-mails related to customs. In some countries, customs might also call you if they are unable to contact you by e-mail. After all these procedures, where the customs agents do not receive payment from the customer, the package might be returned to ACTOS. In this case, the cost to return the package to ACTOS will be subtracted from the total amount of the products that the customer must be refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for some reason, the ACTOS Returns Policy establishes a notification period of 14 calendar days. In other words, you have 14 days as of delivery of your order to request its return by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All return delivery costs are payable by the customer. Returned items will not be accepted if a return has not first been requested. Furthermore, any return received after the deadline will be sent back to the customer.
Returns may be subject to replenishment or customs fees, etc. These costs incurred by ACTOS will be subtracted from the total cost of the order once we have received it.
The package remains the responsibility of the customer until we receive it at the address indicated in the e-mail we send you. The customer must return the product in the same conditions in which it was received, in correct condition, unused, correctly protected, with the original, intact labelling. We do not accept exchanges or returns of damaged products or items. Any item broken during transportation due to a lack of safety packaging will not be returned nor will its price be refunded. If your package has been lost or damaged, we recommend you contact the courier service through which it was sent.
If you are interested in another colour or different style, please write to us at email@example.com and we will inform you of the procedure for returning your order. All you have to do is buy the new item separately on www.actos.store.
Remember that the return does not include delivery expenses, which are payable by the customer.
We make every effort to ensure all our packages are well wrapped and inspected before they are sent.
Should you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please send us a photograph of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 24 hours as of the date on which you received the product to send this notification.
We will arrange the return and/or exchange and ACTOS will pay the delivery and return expenses.
If you do not contact us within this time, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Make sure all the products are exactly as you received them, and in their original packaging. It is important to include the receipt of purchase, delivery note or any other document identifying the purchase.
Any product broken during return transportation due to a lack of safety packaging will not be replaced or refunded.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not its refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original method of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company might take some time to process the refund.
